We produced a still photo gallery to take the ‘Ethos of heroic Solo Man’ into the contemporary everyday via a still photo gallery of 12x key shots for the iconic soft drink brand Solo.

1House engaged talented Director & Photographer, Tom Franks, to bring the intentionally composed & polished ‘meme’ format that was designed to be native to social media.

We brought together a quick-turn around, low-fi merchandise shoot to highlight Solo’s ‘Socks in a Can’ Father’s Day promo.

I was honored to receive the call up to play the role of Solo Man (‘s foot double). Not without negotiating a pretty penny for the high-profile role of course.

Some say I landed the role of ‘Dad legs #1’ due to my Mediterranean heritage, others say it was the charming allure of seeing my bristly Charlie Chaplin moustache floating around on-set. Others say it was simply a cost-effective production solve on a razor tight lead time. & no one else in-house was game enough to whip out their dogs for the cause. Anything for the perfect shot right!
